a little help...

If you are having trouble viewing the site, it may have something to do with the following:

flash player - You will need the Macromedia Flash Player to view some areas of the site. To download the player, click below:

browser setting - You should be using Internet Explorer 5.0, Netscape 6.0 or greater @ 800 x 600 screen resolution. Netscape 4.7 does not support some of the functionality used in sections of this site.

font preferences - Your font preferences will be overridden by a cascading style sheet, (CSS). This is done in order to control typography and wrapping issues.

monitor color settings - The color palette used on this site should work on all 256 settings. However, some monitors differ in overall color depth; laptops especially. If you are having difficulty viewing the color palette, try adjusting your monitor's color depth to thousands or millions.
