Assisted
in identifying business branding and workflow process of nationwide
emergency notification service. In this scenario, the focus was schools;
providing a school principal the means to notify parents, faculty
and staff w/emergency and non-emergency messages via multiple mediums
in a matter of seconds.
Project included outlining in detail hierarchical user rights/options,
procedures in how user navigates and utilizes tool (i.e., assigning
and managing faculty, staff and students/parents), messaging options
(preparation, distribution, tracking and archiving of message) and
how data is collected and securely stored.
